Back From Perth Shows To A Beautiful New Baby Girl!

Hello All... sorry that the blogs haven't been more frequent but I have just returned from 5 days in Perth, I was doing my HYPNAUGHTY shows at Sexpo and it was, as always a lot of fun... then I had to rush home to the Gold Coast to be greeted by our brand new baby girl 'VEGAS', she's really beautiful and she has two gorgeous big brothers to look after her which i'm sure she won't mind, they'll be watching out for her and checking that the boyfriends are up to scratch! I'm going to take a few days off to help my lovely wife and baby girl get settled, but will keep posting... keep checking in!

In Perth For Shows With Sexpo

I arrived in Perth yesterday to set up for my 'HYPNAUGHTY' shows. I have been doing the shows at Sexpo for 18months and I have a lot of fun with them. The volunteers are usually open minded which always helps with the show... The shows seem to go down very well and it's usually 4 days of getting together with other entertainers such as Russell Gilbert, Miss Suzi Q, Pricasso and a cast of other GREATS! The only thing that I had to come away without was my lovely wife, she's at home at the moment because she's too pregnant to fly, but I will have to make do with hanging out with Pricasso as I am sharing an apartment with him!!! (not like that, it's 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and I'm a married man)!!!

Did A STOP SMOKING SEMINAR In Brisbane!

Our day was spent getting everything together for the Stop Smoking Seminar this evening in Brisbane... There's a lot of preparation that goes into the shows and seminars but it's all well worth it, and although it is hard work IT'S WORTH IT!!!

When I see people walking away as HAPPY NON SMOKERS it means a lot to me, as we all know what that dreaded nicotine addiction does to people!

I hate to tell you this, but we stopped off at the Big 'M' again for our late night meal... but it does fill a gap and it doesn't actually taste that bad!

FOOTY FUNDRAISER SHOW... Bray Park!

We went to Brisbane today to do a fundraiser for a footy club... it went very well and they raised a good bit of money for their club... ALWAYS put yourself out to do a few FREEBIES in your career for such occasions as fundraisers, they're mostly appreciated by the people who have put the fundraiser together, and it only takes your time and a small amount of money getting to and from the venue etc! We dropped our camera man off quite late and then made our own way home.

University Show... GREAT SHOW!

We did a show at a university this evening and as always it's great fun, the students love to be hypnotised, so you usually get a very good show because they are so open minded and ready to let themselves go!

We have a ritual of stopping off at the Big 'M' on the way home after a show because by the time we finish up and pack all of our equipment away it's pretty late, and as we all know Big 'M' is very good for us!!!

REFUSED Membership Because I Am Also A STAGE HYPNOTIST!!!

It frustrates me SO much when I hear many psychologists and 'hypnotherapists' putting down the 'ART' of 'STAGE HYPNOSIS'!!! I have worked very hard for many, many years perfecting my art of stage hypnosis AS WELL as treating clients one-on-one for Hypnosis Therapy, I have appeared on many top TV channels, radio stations, newspapers and so on, ALWAYS pushing the wonderful things that Hypnosis can help people with on a serious side, so the people o the board probably have benefitted on many times by my appearnces on those channels!!!... and through all of my hard work guess what a small minority of board members for a certain Hypnotherapy organisation have decided to do? They have decided between them to REFUSE ME A MEMBERSHIP TO THE ORGANISATION FOR 'also' BEING A STAGE HYPNOTIST!!!!??%%&@$#

Now I don't know about you but I think that is called 'DISCRIMINATION' is it not, YES IT IS!!!

I have approached them on many occasions asking them to put it in writing but they just don't bother to spend 5 mintes to do so... I wonder why! What makes it worse is that one of their board members used to talk to me on a weekly basis telling me how much he appreciates and understands that if it wasn't for 'STAGE HYPNOTISTS' hypnotism wouldn't get half the recognition that it gets! (he then asked me to do a stage show with him!!!!!!!!!!!)... Surprisingly though, he hasn't spoken to me since they refused me membership....hmmm!

I am pusuing it further but te moral of the story is... if ever you get refused memebership to any organisation because 'the board members' don't like the fact that you're doing something that 'only they' don't like... STAND UP FOR YOURSELF, 'don't be bullied by them' and take it further if you have to, especially when you are 'entitled' to be a member of a group in your chosen field!
